Residential Renovation

This contemporary residential renovation is shaped around a strong connection between the rear garden and the main living spaces. The addition presents a clean projecting roofline with broad eaves, large sliding doors and a restrained external palette.

The garden is organised with lawn, stepping paths, layered planting and a simple outdoor entertaining zone, giving the rear of the home a calm and private character.

Inside, the project uses open-plan planning, warm timber flooring and clean wall surfaces to create a generous shared living, dining and kitchen area. Timber joinery, integrated shelving and considered lighting add warmth without overcomplicating the interior.

The private spaces continue the same approach, including a bedroom with a dark feature wall, timber floors and direct connection to an adjoining bathroom or robe area.
